- Hidden within the Sahyadri, the Bramha to Harihar route is one of countless ancient
- trails that have slowly faded into obscurity - once alive with footsteps of villagers,
- traders, shepherds, warriors and travelers. This is Sahas Adventure's initiative to revive
- this forgotten mountain pass, connecting Bramha's Legacy Trail and Bramha Kada
- with a thrilling 220ft rappel, leading trekkers onward to the iconic Harihar Fort summit.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Every participant takes a different amount of time for trekking, climbing, and

rappelling. Hence, all mentioned timings are tentative and may vary depending on
-
the group’s pace.

• Event timings may also change due to weather conditions, crowd, or unforeseen
-
situations. Please cooperate and stay flexible.

• This is an adventure activity, not a conventional picnic. We will be having simple
-
local food, so please do not expect luxury or hotel-like comfort.

• Avoid carrying valuable or expensive items such as gold, silver ornaments, or
-
costly gadgets. The organizer will not be responsible for personal belongings.

• Do not wear jeans, tight clothing, sandals, or chappals. Proper trekking attire and
-
shoes are mandatory for safety.

• Unnecessary risk-taking, bravado, or overconfidence is strictly discouraged.

• Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited.

Let’s keep the jungle and forts clean and untouched

• Washrooms are not available on the fort. Limited washroom facilities are

available at the base village only.

• Personal belongings like jewellery, cameras, powerbanks, phones, etc. must be
-
taken care of individually.

• In case of unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions, or safety
-
concerns, certain activities may be cancelled.
-
An alternate feasible activity will be provided wherever possible; however, no
-
refund will be applicable in such cases.

• All travel timings are tentative and traffic-dependent.

The vehicle will not halt at any location for more than 5 minutes, so punctuality is
-
mandatory.

• During the trek, the trek leaders decisions will always be taken in the best interest
-
of the participants in regards to safety, crowd management and time
-
management. Henceforth, the decisions taken by the leaders will be final and your
-
cooperation is mandatory and will be appreciated.

Policies
Cancellation & Refund
- 5 or more days before trek: 80% refund.
- 3–4 days before trek: 50% refund.
- Less than 48 hours before trek: No refund.
- Natural calamities or government restrictions: Trek will be rescheduled — no cash refund.
Date Change
- One free date change up to 5 days before the trek.
- Date changes within 5 days are subject to availability.
- Applicable only for upcoming Sahas Adventures weekly treks.
Terms & Conditions
- Seat is confirmed only after advance payment and Google Form submission.
- Full refund if the trek is cancelled by Sahas Adventures (2–3 working days).
- Participant cancellations follow the refund policy. Booking transfer may be allowed.
- Stay and food are basic, not luxurious.
- Seats are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Minimum 15 participants required per batch.
- WhatsApp group link will be shared 5–6 hours before the trek.
- Follow the instructions of trek leaders at all times.

- No smoking, alcohol, or tobacco.
- No littering.
- No risky selfies or dangerous stunts.
- No Bluetooth speakers.
- Participants with serious medical conditions join at their own risk.
